Rising temperatures, extreme weather, and resource scarcity disproportionately affect the most vulnerable populations: Indigenous peoples, women, children, and communities in the Global South.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Climate change exacerbates existing inequalities and threatens rights to food, water, housing, health, and life itself. Yet those who suffer the most have often contributed the least to the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>International agreements like the Paris Climate Accord recognize the need for equity, but global action remains insufficient. Climate policies must integrate a human rights perspective to ensure that mitigation and adaptation strategies are fair and inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At ASDHr, we support climate justice initiatives that center affected communities and promote intergenerational equity. We work to ensure that environmental protection goes hand-in-hand with the protection of dignity and justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A just transition means leaving no one behind\u2014and placing human rights at the heart of climate action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7 Version fran\u00e7aise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La justice climatique est une justice pour les droits humains<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La crise climatique n\u2019est pas seulement un enjeu \u00e9cologique : c\u2019est une urgence en mati\u00e8re de droits humains. La mont\u00e9e des temp\u00e9ratures, les catastrophes naturelles et la rar\u00e9faction des ressources touchent en priorit\u00e9 les populations les plus vuln\u00e9rables : peuples autochtones, femmes, enfants et communaut\u00e9s du Sud global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le changement climatique accentue les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et met en p\u00e9ril les droits \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation, \u00e0 l\u2019eau, au logement, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, et m\u00eame \u00e0 la vie. Pourtant, ceux qui en souffrent le plus sont souvent ceux qui ont le moins contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cette crise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les accords internationaux comme celui de Paris reconnaissent l\u2019importance de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, mais les actions concr\u00e8tes tardent. Les politiques climatiques doivent int\u00e9grer les droits humains pour garantir des solutions justes et inclusives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ASDHr soutient des initiatives pour une justice climatique centr\u00e9e sur les communaut\u00e9s touch\u00e9es, avec une vision d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle.
